As the parent of a person diagnosed with schizophrenia, I am truly grateful to find a place to discuss what each of us has been through. It is a very difficult situation in which we find ourselves when trying to figure out what is happening to our child. All the doctor visits, ER visits, scans, MRI's, etc to find out that nothing was "physically" wrong with your child. I would love to talk to other parents!

Concerned Mom, I'm not a parent, but I am one of the children you spoke about. As schizophrenics, sometimes we can't express our gratitude to our support groups. I hope you find the support group you are seeking in other parents. My mom is the world's best at guiding me through my good and bad days. Maybe I can convince her to try using a forum. Thank you for finding and using us. We look to build a large community of concerned citizens like yourself, as well as the ones with the diseases. I want everyone to feel welcome. I hope to hear from you soon!
